The problem
Static PDF reports showed a score but not what to do next. Operating companies needed to explore their results between assessment periods and know exactly which areas to improve.
The solution
An early-stage web app on top of the report engine’s database. Each company signs in and sees only its own reports: category scores, question-level answers, “how to improve” guidance and a 90-day focus plan. Admins manage accounts and can view automation runs through the n8n API.

Engineering highlights
- ◆ Custom bearer-token sessions: only a SHA-256 hash of each token is stored, with expiry and revoke on logout.
- ◆ Tenant scope is derived server-side from the session — the client can never request another company’s data.
- ◆ All reads go through serverless API routes; the database key never reaches the browser.
Impact
- ✓ Reports became a working tool between assessment periods, not a one-off PDF.
