The problem
Small personal admin tasks — receipts, notes, recurring invoices — were scattered across apps and easy to forget.
The solution
A Telegram bot routes text, photos and files to a Gemini agent equipped with Supabase tools, OCR and Google Workspace actions. A separate scheduled workflow generates my monthly invoice from a Docs template and delivers it on Telegram.

Engineering highlights
