Conversational AI agents
WhatsApp and Telegram agents with memory, tools and structured outputs that qualify leads, book appointments and run internal requests.
AI Automation Engineer & n8n Ambassador. I design production systems — AI agents, monitoring pipelines and document engines — that connect the tools teams already use and keep working when no one is watching.

// 01 — about
I’m an AI Automation Engineer based in Makassar, Indonesia, and an official n8n Ambassador. I hold a BTech in Informatics from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
I like the unglamorous part of AI: turning a fuzzy business process into something that runs every day without supervision. That means understanding the people doing the work first, then designing systems with proper error handling, deduplication and observability — not just a demo that works once.
I work comfortably across the stack: n8n and AI agents on one side, React, TypeScript, Postgres and serverless APIs on the other.
// 02 — selected work
Each project opens into a case study with the real workflow architecture — rebuilt from the original n8n exports with all client data stripped out.

// 03 — capabilities
WhatsApp and Telegram agents with memory, tools and structured outputs that qualify leads, book appointments and run internal requests.
OCR, extraction and templated generation: from emailed PDFs and SFTP exports to finished quotations and reports.
Ingestion across channels, AI classification, breach detection and daily digests so nothing important goes unnoticed.
Orchestrated image and video generation with async job polling, consistent characters and a tracked asset state.
Full-stack TypeScript apps when a workflow needs a real interface: auth, role-based access, data views and file import/export.
Connecting SaaS, databases and APIs into one reliable flow — with retries, idempotency and clear failure paths.

// 05 — how I work
Sit with the people doing the work and map the real process, edge cases included.
Split the system into small, testable workflows and decide where AI belongs — and where it doesn’t.
Implement with real data early, iterating on prompts and logic against actual messages and files.
Add dedup, idempotency, retries, PII handling and alerts so it survives production traffic.
Document, train the team and keep configuration in data so the business can adjust it.
